Usually, BUP publishes the detailed seat plan 24 to 48 hours before the exam. This includes your building name, room number, and floor.

How to Check BUP Seat Plan?
Checking the BUP Seat Plan 2025 is fully online. The university will not send a paper copy to your home. You must use your smartphone or computer. Follow these simple steps.
Detailed Method to Check Seat Plan Online
- Visit the Website: Open your browser (Chrome is best). Go to the official BUP admission portal: admission.bup.edu.bd.
- Log In: Click the “Login” button on the homepage. Enter the User ID and Password you got when you applied.
- Go to Dashboard: After logging in, you will see your student dashboard. Here you can check your payment and admit card status.
- Find the ‘Seat Plan’ Option: A few days before the exam, a new tab called “Seat Plan” or “Exam Center” will appear. Click it.

BUP Seat Plan by SMS
Many students want to check the BUP Seat Plan 2025 by SMS. It is fast and easy. But you need to know how the system works.
Does BUP offer an SMS Query Service?
No. Usually, you cannot send a message to get your seat plan. You cannot type “BUP HELP” and get a reply.
The “Push” SMS System:
BUP uses a “Push” system. The university will send an SMS to you. They will send it to the number you used during application. This SMS will have:

Admission Test Center
All BUP test centers are inside Dhaka City. Most are inside Mirpur Cantonment and Dhaka Cantonment. This keeps the exam environment safe and disciplined.
Your center is fixed. It is printed on your Admit Card. You cannot change it.
Common BUP Admission Test Centers:
- BUP Campus: Mirpur Cantonment (Main Campus).
- MIST: Mirpur Cantonment.
- Adamjee Cantonment College: Dhaka Cantonment.

Special Rules for Cantonment Areas:
- Follow all traffic rules strictly.
- Guardians are usually not allowed inside the center to stop crowding.
- Keep your Admit Card and HSC Registration Card in your hand. Military police may check them at the gate.
- Do not carry large bags or electronics. There may be no place to keep them.
BUP Admission Test 2025-2026

- Type: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions).
- Time: 1 Hour (60 Minutes).
- Total Marks: 100 Marks.
- Negative Marking: Yes. 0.50 marks are cut for every wrong answer. This is very high. Most universities only cut 0.25. So, be careful. Do not guess blindly.
